These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services provided by Woofland Dog Park Ltd., a company incorporated in Ireland with a registered address at Belladaff, Claremorris, Co. Mayo, Ireland (“Woofland,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By accessing or using our services, including making a booking through our scheduling system, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services and make a booking. By booking a session, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

2. Services Provided

Woofland provides access to a private, off-leash dog park located in Belladaff, Claremorris, Co. Mayo, Ireland. Access is granted strictly on a per-use basis through advance online booking. 

3. Bookings and Access

All bookings must be made via our online scheduling platform. Walk-ins are not permitted. You will receive confirmation details via email upon successful booking.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings at our sole discretion.

4. Payments and Refunds

• All services are charged on a per-use basis.

• Payment must be made in full via card at the time of booking.

• No refunds are available unless required by law.

• We do not offer trials or free access.
  
  

5. Rules of Use

All users must comply with the Woofland Dog Park Rules, which are posted on-site and/or on our website. These include, but are not limited to, safety guidelines, behavior expectations for dogs and owners, and responsibility for clean-up.

Failure to comply with the park rules, especially after receiving a warning, may result in termination of your access without refund.

6. Data Collection and Privacy

By using our services, you agree that we may collect and process personal information including your name, email address, and phone number. This data is used solely to facilitate bookings and communicate with you.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Woofland disclaims all liability for any injury, loss, or damage (including to dogs, persons, or property) arising from your use of the dog park. Use of the facilities is at your own risk.

We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services at any time, without notice, if a user breaches these Terms or the park rules.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and marketing materials, including logos, photos, and text, is the intellectual property of Woofland Dog Park Ltd. and may not be used without our prior written consent.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through mediation or arbitration before pursuing litigation.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
